Born as Kiari Kendrell Cephus on the 14 of December 1991 in Lawrenceville, Georgia, Offset was raised in Gwinnett County, Georgia alongside other members of Migos, Quavo, and TakeOff.

He and his cousins formed the rap group Migos in 2008 rapping under the moniker Polo Club. This was spur by the rapper’s closeness while growing up together.

Although Offset and his cousins formed the rap group in 2008, they only started to gain recognition in 2013, after the release of the hit single ‘Versace’ which went viral.

Offset began dating fellow rapper Cardi B back in 2017. That same year, he proposed to her with a $500,000 engagement ring at a live performance at Power 99’s Powerhouse in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Offset and Cardi B had a secret wedding on the 20 of September 2017 according to TMZ. The two welcomed their baby girl on July 10, 2018, named Kulture Kiari Cephus.

Kiari became Offset’s baby #4 as the rapper already had 3 kids from his previous relationships; two sons named Jordan and Kody, and a daughter named Kalea.
